Shipping costs are based on weight of the order.
We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for
delays caused by UPS.
All Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground only. We ship from our store
in Peoria, IL. Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.
Time: Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 3-7 days for delivery
depending on how far the shipping destination is from our store.
Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order
using the UPS counter rates.
Embroidery Orders: Embroidery orders require at least 7 to 10 additional
days before shipping.
Back Orders: No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay
only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the
original order will be shipped at our expense.

All returns or exchanges must have receipt (can be printed after checkout).
